1996
He began his professional career with the renowned Catalan designer Miguel Milá where he develops projects of Furniture and Urban Furniture for companies such as Santa Cole, BD, Sancal and Blaipuig.

1998
Designer at the Portuguese Design Center where he manages all Design projects. He also works part-time at Alma Design, participating in projects in automotive and transportation area.

2000
Founded the company Design It where leads and carries out several projects for companies such as Tabaqueira-Philip Morris International, Climaverde, Vitaminas & Ca., among others. The company won a design award and had products selected for the “Best Of” catalog of Portuguese Products.

2005
Design Director of the Enterprise Project Group where he develops projects of Urban Furniture and Public Space. He is also responsible for the redesign of the company’s corporate image.

2008
Starts his own company as independent designer and design consultant – NQP Design Studio. As highlights the wayfinding Quinta do Lago design and build project, the Life Beach concept for the largest artificial beach in Europe and boat design in collaboration with the designer Paulo Bago d’Uva.

2014
Joined Play Planet as Senior Designer, as a result of his collaboration with the company since its creation in 2010 with the design of the Corporate Image and with the creation of the concept Play in Art – innovative line of Urban Furniture. Leads the design team, managing national and international projects for clients such as Auchan, EDP, Expresso, Oceanário de Lisboa, Sana Hotels, Broadway Malyan, Shuroq (United Arab Emirates), City of Perth (Australia), Dolce Vita Shopping Malls (Portugal and Spain), Xyami (Angola) and Shinochan (Hong Kong).

Since 2018
Is working as an independent designer and design consultant in the areas of playground design and urban furniture.
